Shipping and Shop Policies

Shipping

Processing time: Currently 3 - 5 business days for all items. This is in addition to shipping estimates at checkout. If an item specifies it is Made to Order, please refer to the processing time on that item for when the item will ship.

In general, shipping estimates for the United States are about 5 business days for USPS first class packages and about 3 business days for USPS priority mail once the item ships.

Items shipped in a mail envelope or flat mailer will not include tracking. Since our Shell Inserts and Stickers are shipped in flats, they will not be tracked.

International shipping is available for all products and we will use USPS to ship these orders. Please note, you (the buyer) are responsible for duties or import fees on international shipments. These fees are not included in the item price at checkout.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:  

We accept returns, but not exchanges. Please contact us using the "Chat With Us" button within 7 days of delivery to discuss the return. See conditions of returns and refunds below.

Conditions of Return

Buys are responsible for return shipping cost and creating a return label. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

The following items can not be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Discounted items or items on sale

Refunds 
If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us using the "Chat With Us" button and we will get back with you as soon as possible to discus the refund / return. You will need to return all of the items purchased to be eligible for a full refund. If only part of your order is returned, then you will most likely receive a partial refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the "Chat With Us" button.

Cancellations

Please use the "Chat With Us" button to request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. You will be fully refunded for the order. Please be aware that the refund can take up to 10 business days to process back to your account. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled and a return must be requested. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
